My Story
I’m Britton Robinson, the owner and craftsman behind Lost Creek Custom Cabinetry. My journey into woodworking started out of necessity—when my wife and I were engaged and building our home, we couldn’t afford the furniture we wanted. So I learned how. I built our bed frame, nightstands, and coffee table with little more than a borrowed saw and a whole lot of passion. What started as a solution for poor newlyweds quickly turned into a calling.
Over the next decade, I worked in the trades—from roofing and remodeling to eventually landing in cabinetry and trim work. I spent years learning under experienced craftspeople, building cabinetry and finishing work in high-end homes throughout East Tennessee. I developed a deep respect for precision, quality materials, and the kind of work that’s made to last.
In 2024, after nearly ten years of working for other shops, I took the leap and started Lost Creek Custom Cabinetry.
Today, I build custom cabinetry and furniture for clients throughout East Tennessee. I work closely with interior designers and contractors who need a reliable partner to bring their vision to life. Whether it’s a full kitchen, a one-of-a-kind built-in, or a timeless furniture piece, I love turning raw materials into something that matters—something we’re both proud of and will last for generations.

Every project I take on is custom—there are no templates, shortcuts, or stock solutions here. I begin by listening closely to your vision, your needs, and your space, then I craft a plan that’s tailored from the ground up. My goal is to create cabinetry and furniture that’s not only functional but deeply personal. From selecting the right lumber to matching the grain and finish, I focus on the details that set great work apart from good. Clear communication and quality materials guide everything I do, because that’s what lasting work requires.
